Aspen Meadows Resort Hosts Aspen Food & Wine Classic

In honor the Aspen Food & Wine Classic, Aspen Meadows Resort will be offering a deal specifically created for festival-goers.

This year’s Aspen Food & Wine Classic has already sold-out but with Aspen Meadows Resort’s Food & Wine Classic package, guests receive one three-day consumer Food & Wine. Additionally, guests receive discounted lodging for their stay through June 19 and breakfast daily at the Meadows Restaurant.

The Food and Wine Classic, in its 35th year, is held in June every year. It has a line-up consisting of celebrity chefs, culinary game-changers, and winemakers, who partake in demonstrations, panel discussions and the Grand Tasting Pavilion.

Aspen Meadows Resort, home of the Aspen Institute, is located on 40 acres along the Roaring Fork River in the historic West End. It’s composed of 98 suites decorated in a Bauhaus style.  Nearby, guests can find just about every mountain activity imaginable – and guest services can help arrange any excursion not already available.

Amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour shuttle service, 3,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art health club, and 22,000-square-feet of International Association of Conference Centers-approved meeting space split between 14 dedicated meeting rooms, accommodating groups ranging from 20 to 800 people. Aspen Meadows Resort is also home to Plato’s, whose rotating menu offers an array of internationally inspired fare created with locally and regionally sourced seasonal ingredients.

Aspen Meadows Resort is a part of Dolce Hotels and Resorts, whose specialty is meetings and events. Its portfolio has a combined 750,000-square-feet of meeting space, hosted approximately 100,000 events, and welcomes four million meeting clients each year. The Dolce system includes markets such as Napa Valley, Barcelona, Brussels, Munich, Frankfurt, Paris and Provence.

Dolce pioneered the Complete Meetings Package (CMP), a concept designed to address all of the elements planners need when arranging meetings, which is now embraced by many hotel companies and is considered the standard by the IACC.
