There’s some hot news coming out of the Bahamas as of late. We hear that Kamalame Cay, a private island resort west of Nassau, has just wrapped the construction of Magnolia, a 3,800-square-foot, four-bedroom villa with a huge Great Room, featuring a verandah that faces the ocean.
The four bedrooms have bathrooms with rain showers; the Master suite has a deep, claw-foot tub and a large outdoor rain shower. The villa’s Great Room has 1,200 square feet of living and dining space, as well as a gourmet kitchen. The 1,500-square-foot oceanfront terrace has space for al fresco dining, a gas grill and 10 sun loungers. Did we mention the beachfront rain showers?
