Alongside the evolution of properties in Thailand, the Maldvies and Indonesia, the operator in the boutique resort, residences and spa industry will introduce a new property in China in the Banyan Tree Macau.
Double Pool Villas at Banyan Tree Phuket
In Thailand, the DoublePool Villa at Banyan Tree Phuket has 24 villas featuring 14,000 to 26,900 square feet of private land, in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, surrounded by the property's private gardens. Upon arrival, Express Airport Service will transport guests through a private villa entrance with in-villa check-in, after which, during their stay, a Villa Host will be available around the clock. Other property features include traditional Thai ceremonies, Intimate Moments experiences for couples, a Rainmist spa treatment for two and two bicycles to tour the resort. Angsana Laguna Phuket, Thailand
Set to reopen December 1 following a $30 renovation, Angsana Laguna Phuket (currently the Sheraton Grande Laguna) will feature the property's revamped hotel lobby, rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms and facilities, in addition to new facilities, customized for families. A sister brand of Banyan Tree, the flagship property for the Angsana brand will represent the brand's new holiday concept, angled at a new generation of individual and group travelers. Other additions include a tree house-inspired, two-story Kids Club and a Rice Bar. Banyan Tree Macau, China
Outside of Cotai City, the Banyan Tree Macau is set to open in the second quarter of 2011, as part of the integrated resort development, Galaxy MacauT. With 246 suites overlooking the city, this five-star pool villa spa resort is worth its wait in gold. Angsana Velavaru, Maldives
On the untouched South Nilandhe Atoll in the Maldives, Angsana Velavaru's lagoon set against the Indian Ocean makes for an extensive selection in outdoor activities, including windsurfing, kiteboarding, Bodu Beru dancing, snorkeling and diving, alngside private island picnics, champagne sunset cruises and island-hopping to visit local markets.
