The Berkeley Hotel Debuts New Yoga Classes

The Berkeley Hotel in London is launching rooftop yoga classes in collaboration with new luxury activewear brand Silou London. Launching on June 15 and running until October 1, The Berkeley will offer yoga classes and sun salutations for up to six guests within the exclusivity of their rooftop garden overlooking the pool and Hyde Park beyond.

Collaborating with Silou London’s co-founder and yoga instructor Phoebe Greenacre, guests will be taken through a variety postures and sequences within the privacy of The Berkeley’s rooftop secret garden. Greenacre will use a range of different movements and incorporate various yoga techniques from Vinyasa to restorative.

The yoga classes, which include movements like morning sun salutations and core strengthening poses for yogis of all ability, are available from June 15 to October 1 every Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Yoga classes are priced at £65 (about $86) per person and include a post work-out smoothie. Alternatively, guests can opt for the luxury yoga offering at £85 (about $113) per person including a post workout smoothie, homemade re-energizing protein balls created by the hotel’s pastry chefs, a revitalizing fruit platter and a half day pool pass to enjoy a post-yoga swim.
