Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Unveils Plans for Miami Beach Property

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has announced plans for its newest property, Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach, to open in 2024. The hotel will be the 11th property in the collection.

The Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach will be located at 100 21st street in South Beach and will be the first-ever Bulgari Hotel in the United States. The hotel will be located on the waterfront with access the beach and will be steps from the Miami Art Deco district.

Like all Bulgari Hotels properties, the Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel will finalize the restoration and design of the 1950s Modernist property, which is a contributing building located in the National Register Architectural District and was known as a winter getaway destination for the Old Hollywood crowd during the 50s and 60s. Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach will be home to 100 rooms (most of them suites), an outdoor pool, spa and fitness facilities and restaurant and bar from Chef Niko Romito.

Additional properties for Bulgari include Paris (2021), Rome (2022), Moscow (2022) and Tokyo (2023). The Bulgari Hotel Paris will offer 76 rooms and a full range of facilities, including a spa with an 80-foot pool and a restaurant and bar opening onto a courtyard garden. The new Bulgari Hotel Roma will occupy a modernist building from the 1930s that faces two Roman landmarks: The Ara Pacis and the Mausoleum of Augustus.

One thousand from the Kremlin and Red Square, Bulgari Hotels & Residences Moscow stretches an entire city block in Moscow's historic district. The former residence of a noble family will have 65 rooms with the crown jewel being the 3,200-square-foot Bulgari Suite. There will also be a restaurant, bar and spacious roof terrace. Bulgari Hotel Tokyo will occupy the top seven floors (39 to 45) of a skyscraper currently under construction. The hotel will offer 98 guestrooms in a variety of configurations.

Existing properties are Milan, London, Dubai. Bali, Beijing and Shanghai.
