Following renovations, Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul has unveiled its redesigned spa and wellness center, which is managed by Sanitas Spa & Wellness. The newly redesigned spa includes a private VIP Turkish bath, massage rooms, a fitness center, skincare room, sauna, an indoor pool, changing rooms and a reception area.
The spa offers a variety of treatments including massages, Turkish bath rituals, and facial and body therapies. Personalized diet programs and specialized physiotherapy are also available. Signature treatments include the "Sultan’s Bath" and the "Sanitas Signature Massage." The spa also offers massages incorporating Asian techniques, Ayurveda treatments and couples’ massages. The "Thai Blend Massage" combines passive yoga movements and stretching techniques inspired by the Far East; it is ideal for addressing chronic muscle pain, neck and shoulder tension, and discomfort from poor posture.
Additional treatments include the Shiroibhyanga, a combination of the Abhanghya and Shirodhara rituals, to detox both the mind and body. Warm sesame oil is gently drizzled over the body, while dosha oil, prepared to individual specifications, restores harmony to the body and mind. This experience also nourishes and moisturizes the hair.
Sanitas Spa & Wellness also offers a variety of skincare therapies, including the Aquapeel treatment to tighten pores while deeply cleansing and hydrating the skin; and the I Beauty Purity treatment, which employs low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to exfoliate dead skin cells, unclog pores and remove makeup residue.
Guests can also unwind in the indoor pool area, which has curtained sections and vintage-style deck chairs.
