COMO Metropolitan London Opens New Residences, June 2019

COMO Metropolitan London has announced the opening of 10 new residences in June 2019. The Residences offer private apartment-style accommodations adjacent to the hotel on Brick Street, in Mayfair’s historic heart and opposite of Hyde Park. The London neighborhood is surrounded by private members’ clubs, restaurants and a number of high-end boutiques.

The two-bedroom residences provide an ideal base for long or short stays in London, reflecting the comforts of a home living. On the outside, there is a separate entrance on Brick Street, as well as access to a courtyard shared only with the other Residences. Tip: The courtyard has a pergola, fitted with heaters for the cooler months and contemporary furniture from iSiMAR. Residences on the ground floor can benefit from additional outdoor space, with private patios.

Natural light floods the apartments, and artwork by Marta Suarez serve as a focal point. In the open-plan living and dining area, there is natural wood floors and furniture from BO Concept to create an entertainment space. In the fully equipped kitchen, white marble countertops allow for breakfast-bar seatings, while a dark wood BO Concept table that can extend to seat eight people in the dining area serves as a formal eating space. There is also a large corner sofa and a reading chair.

The Residences offer the same five-star facilities and services as the hotel, with 24-hour room service, central heating and air-conditioning, as well as a daily maid and laundry service. Guests can also benefit from the expertise of a 24-hour concierge whether booking appointments at the hotel’s holistic wellness center, COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, London, arranging personal training sessions in the gym, or making priority reservations at the hotel’s Gridiron or Nobu restaurants.

Additionally, the benefits includes a breakfast, welcome basket, a summer picnic hamper and blanket, as well as special children’s packs for younger guests.
