Costa Rica’s El Mangroove Launches New Villa Collection

El Mangroove, Autograph Collection in Costa Rica has launched a new villa collection, El Mangroove, Autograph Collection Residences. Nestled within the 121-suite El Mangroove resort on 17 acres of beachfront forest along Playa Panama, the new villas are framed by the waters of the Gulf of Papagayo in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula Blue Zone.

Designed by Costa Rican architects Garnier Arquitectos and Ronald Zürcher, the new three- and four-bedroom, single-family villas utilize locally sourced finishes and custom furniture crafted by Costa Rican artisans. El Mangroove Residences range from three-bedroom, 3,445-square-foot villas to four-bedroom, 3,832-square-foot villas, each with two stories. Facilities include private pools, outdoor terraces, BBQ areas, modern kitchens and large living rooms.

The first level encompasses 2,572 square feet with the primary and second bedrooms, while the upper level spans 979 square feet with an additional deck and third bedroom. For those desiring more space, the four-bedroom, 3,832-square-foot, two-story villas offer elevated luxury with similar amenities. The first level includes the primary and second bedrooms spanning 2,572 square feet; and the second level, spanning 1,356 square feet, has an upper deck with the third and fourth bedrooms.
