Dorchester Collection’s Hotel Eden Wins Best Dining Experience

Hotel Eden used to have 121 rooms, with that number now reduced to 98 so the existing rooms are now bigger.

At the recent 29th annual Virtuoso Travel Week, Virtuoso announced the winners of this year’s coveted Best of the Best Awards. Taking home the  Best Dining Experience was La Terrazza, of the Hotel Eden in Rome, Italy, a Dorchester Collection Property. 

Hotel Eden received its award during the ceremony on August 16 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Luca Virgilo, general manager of the Hotel Eden accepted the award.

La Terrazza is located on the top floor of Hotel Eden; diners sit down to panoramic views of the Rome cityscape to accompany their Mediterranean-inspired haute cuisine. The design of La Terrazza draws its inspiration from traditional Italian craftsmanship, with high gloss varnished wood and elegant décor. La Terrazza is only open during the evening and seats up to 49 people, with an exclusive Chef’s Table for up to 8 diners.
