The design of La Terrazza draws its inspiration from traditional Italian craftsmanship, with high gloss varnished wood and elegant décor. La Terrazza is only open during the evening and seats up to 49 people, with an exclusive Chef’s Table for up to 8 diners.

Regarding the award, Luca Virgilo said: “Following the Hotel Eden’s recent 17-month restoration, we are extremely proud of our redesigned public spaces, rooms and suites, spa and of course, our beautiful restaurants and bar. La Terrazza, our fine dining restaurant overseen by Michelin starred executive chef Fabio Ciervo, has always been an iconic place for locals and discerning travelers. Thanks to Fabio’s continued leadership, we have even more enhanced the dining experience to delight the most sophisticated palates. During the closure, Fabio has experienced cross exposure in the best kitchens around the world and he even took a Masters in Nutrition.
