Esperanza Resort in Mexico Offers Free Yoga Classes

Esperanza, Auberge Resorts’ Cabo San Lucas property, has announced the addition of two new, complimentary yoga classes to its already extensive spa offerings.

Whether guests are looking to end their day with a calming yoga session by candlelight, or begin their days with an energizing session on the beach, there’s something for everyone at the spa.

Candlelight yoga is offered each Thursday at 6 p.m. at the resort’s yoga studio. This class will allow guests to enjoy a unique nighttime yoga experience. The class will help them melt the tension away, allowing their bodies to stretch and breath to flow in a setting surrounded by flickering flames and calming music.

Sunrise yoga takes place each Saturday at 7 a.m. on the resort’s private beach. Here, each guest is invited to use their body, breath and mind to relax and invigorate themselves to a natural soundtrack of crashing waves.
