The Estate Yountville Unveils Redesigned Spa

The Estate Yountville, a 22-acre luxury property in California’s wine country, comprising Hotel Villagio and Vintage House, has unveiled the redesign of its spa and holistic services. The Spa at The Estate is now one of the largest in the Napa Valley area with seven treatment rooms and five spa suites. Interior design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates worked in tandem with Illuminate lighting design and Canvas art consultants, as well as with SB Architects for the redesign.

The renovation of the spa transformed the existing interior spaces with design elements reminiscent of the Napa Valley surroundings. The reception area has been opened up to form a welcoming great room, echoing Tuscan villa design, painted white with double-height ceilings. Each suite has indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a lounge area, steam showers, sauna and outdoor soaking baths.

Terry Prager, executive director of spa and wellness at The Estate Yountville, Hotel Villagio and Vintage House, has ensured that the offerings remain inspired by the property’s natural surroundings. The spa’s ESPA products blend plant actives, marine actives and essential oils. In addition, the spa has introduced an updated menu, including CBD treatments. New treatments include an ocean and body earth wrap to purify and nourish the skin and the Natural Lift facial, which hydrates, lifts and rejuvenates the complexion. The Spa is also the first resort in North America to implement O2CHAIR; its ability to optimize breathing and decrease stress while increasing energy and vitality had made it a popular offering on-property.
