Fairmont Hotels Offers Mental Health Breaks

FairmontBermuda

Here's a real mental health break: Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa and Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda are offering new ways to maintain peak health by mastering emotional intelligence and mindfulness.

The two resorts are offering two intensive weekends with thought leader Dr. Daniel Friedland, author of Evidence-Based Medicine and creator of the 4 in 4 Framework to Achieve Peak Performance brain training system. Dr. Friedland and Willow Stream Spas will bring Power Life-Changing Weekends to these two resorts.

Dr. Friedland has shown how mindfulness is one of the most effective ways to rewire the brain to navigate stress and improve brain functioning. He further stated that while most spas help clients to reduce stress during their spa visit, those at the leading edge will begin to focus more on offering the best brain training practices.
