Fauchon L’Hotel, Paris Reopening to Guests From July 1

Following the successful opening of the Terrace at Grand Café Fauchon earlier this month, Fauchon l’Hotel Paris is preparing to welcome guests back to the hotel from July 1.

General manager Jerome Montanteme said in an official release, “It will be like having Paris all to yourselves this summer, with no crowds and an opportunity to slow down and truly appreciate all the city has to offer.”

To that end, the hotel is offering the “Parisian Summer Indulgence” package, which includes:

  • An upgrade to the next available room or suite category
  • Early check-in and late checkout
  • Personalized in-room Gourmet Bar with a complimentary selection of Fauchon sweet or savory goodies
  • An invitation to the hotel’s “Glam’Party” outside at The Grand Café Fauchon, including a complimentary sangria and a charcuterie plate

Guests will also have access to private concierge recommendations and arrangements (think: Afternoon Tea aboard a private boat for sightseeing on the Seine), as well as Fauchon’s in-room chef service for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their rooms.

Opened in September 2018 and with a prime position in the eighth arrondissement of Paris, this is the first hotel (housed in a historic Haussman building) for the French gastronomic brand. Good to know: Each of its 54 guestrooms and suites have Paris city views—some over the Place de la Madeleine, others on to the Eiffel Tower.

All rooms have a play on the tradition minibar: A “Gourmet Bar” inside a Sasha Lakic custom-designed pink armoire. All the Fauchon delicacies are complimentary throughout a guest’s stay and are customized before arrival, according to guests’ sweet or salty preference. For guests booking suites, Fauchon champagne is additionally refilled each day.
