New Four Seasons App Allows You to Curate Itinerary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has unveiled updated to its Four Seasons App, allowing guests to fully curate a stay. Withthe app, guests can request a morning newspaper, reserve a spa treatment, book local tours, arrange transport and make dinner reservations.

According to the company, the new app layout also makes arranging activities (on- or off-property) simple, with scheduled items conveniently displayed on the in-app itinerary.

The app design refresh also includes increased integration with Four Seasons Chat. The company’s chat channel is available on nine platforms globally, including the Four Seasons App, and allows guests to communicate in real-time with property teams in 100-plus languages before, during and after their stay. Using Chat alongside trip-planning allows guests to connect with Four Seasons at any time, for any need while making travel arrangements.

Here’s a look at some of the Four Seasons App’s itinerary highlights:

Dual-Destination: With the Four Seasons mobile app, travelers can coordinate multi-city trips. For example, art lovers can journey with Four Seasons Hotel Milan and Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. In Florence, guests can connect directly with the hotel before arrival to coordinate a dinner on the Ponte Vecchio’s open-air terrace followed by a private visit to a local jeweler. Before arriving in Milan, travelers can then use the app to arrange for use of a vintage 1960s convertible complete with a bespoke itinerary crafted by the concierge.

Go Local: Guests visiting Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown can use their mobile app to book one of the hotel’s three new Loca-List Itineraries. Curated by local experts, the itineraries highlight the city’s experiences in wellness, gastronomy, arts and culture. While exploring the city, guests can pull up their mobile app to arrange to have room service or time at the spa awaiting their return.
