Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat Opens New Villas

Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel on the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula has opened two new villas. Villa Beauchamp and Villa Clair-Soleil work for families and friends wanting to enjoy a luxurious stay in total privacy. With bespoke interiors created by Parisian designer Sybille de Margerie, the villas combine both traditional and contemporary features. Guests will have direct access to the hotel via complimentary golf carts; they can make use of all the facilities throughout their stay. Stone pathways connect Villa Rose Pierre, Villa Beauchamp and Villa Clair-Soleil, which all come with butler service and private access, making them the perfect solution for larger groups wishing to rent out all three.

One experience includes the option to dine in the hotel’s vegetable garden; the food is prepared by Michelin-starred chef Yoric Tièche. Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer overlooking the Cap Ferrat peninsula and the Mediterranean Sea, the chef’s vegetable garden provides the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cap with fresh, seasonal produce. The “Nomad Dining” experience includes a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen garden with Head Gardener Bastien Bosio, who provides an insight into the workings of the chef’s vegetable garden.

Overseeing the wine cellar of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, Alessandro Nigro Imperiale leads wine tasting sessions, teaching guests the subtle yet distinct difference between floral and woody, balanced and rounded, and fruit-driven and terroir-driven wines.

The newly launched “Spring, Suite and Spa” package offers a stay in one of the hotel’s spacious suites, and includes a 90-minute Harmony Massage. The massage ends with a lotion of choice.
