Four Seasons Resort Nevis will reopen on December 15 following a nearly two-year closing after Hurricane Omar whipped through the islands of St. Kitts and Nevis in October 2008. The 196-room resort had been stymied over the years by various delays. Reservations are now open; the resort will start welcoming groups in the first quarter of 2011. Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach named Jorge Collazo ([email protected]) director of sales and marketing. Collazo arrives at Canyon Ranch from Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills where he was also director of sales and marketing. We hear Collazo’s former position at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has been filled by Austin Watkins ([email protected]).

Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto named Mickael Damelincourt ([email protected]) general manager. The hotel is slated to open in early 2011. Damelincourt last served as executive assistant manager of Trump Chicago.
