The Inn on Fifth in Naples, Florida has begun a $15 million expansion project that will add new suites and meeting space for guests, as well as more retail locations in the shopping and entertainment district of Fifth Avenue South. This is the largest redevelopment project in the area since the beginning of the 2008 financial crisis. The new building will be built across the street from The Inn on Fifth and will include 32 Club Level Suites, an 800-square-foot executive boardroom and 12,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
The Club Level Suites will offer upscale amenities for guests, including: being greeted by the concierge and taken to an exclusive Club Level check-in, a private rooftop hot tub and sunbathing area, a buffet breakfast, an afternoon tea, afternoon snacks, and evening cocktails and appetizers. The suites will also feature a private balcony, plush robes, complimentary newspapers, an iPod alarm clock/docking station, pillow-top mattresses, laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi and valet parking.
The project should be completed by November of 2012.
