Savoy Signature has announced the opening of The Reserve, a luxury hotel concept set within the Savoy Palace in Madeira, Portugal. The soft opening is scheduled for December 1, while the grand opening is slated for January 15, 2024.
The Reserve offers 40 rooms designed to cater to varied preferences. The pool suites have a private plunge pool and terrace, while the cozy deluxe rooms afford views of the Funchal Bay. Every suite is furnished with lavish bedding and a range of amenities. Central to the concept of The Reserve is the dedicated Guest Experience Personal Assistant (GEPA), available around the clock. As the single point of contact for all guest needs, the GEPA liaises with all hotel departments and external parties and manages, monitors, adjusts and adapts the different aspects of the guest’s stay and activities on the island. Once their booking is confirmed at The Reserve, guests are connected with a GEPA via email and WhatsApp, who will tailor and prepare the stay to the guests’ specific requests and requirements prior to arrival.
Tip: Guests staying at The Reserve and Savoy Palace can additionally enjoy the signature private car service for arrivals and departures at Madeira International Airport; this can be added to the complimentary “Meet & Greet” service available to all guests at The Reserve on both arrival and departure at the airport.
Once guests arrive at the hotel, a private elevator will take them from the street-level lobby to the Jacarandá Lounge & Club on the 16th floor of the Savoy Palace building. Here, guests will find a rooftop pool, exclusive to The Reserve guests, offering a panoramic view of Funchal.
