Isla Bella Beach Resort is opening on Knights Key in Marathon, Florida, in early 2019. It will be part of developer Pritam Singh & The Singh Company’s hospitality portfolio.

The hotel has more than 20 acres of tropical landscaping and nearly 200 rooms. The resort has a number of distinctions. Isla Bella Beach Resort becomes the first full service luxury hotel in Marathon; the largest new private waterfront hotel in all the keys; and the first new resort built since Hurricane Irma struck Knights Key in 2017.

Included is a full-service spa, four eateries, five swimming pools, more than 24,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a marketplace, fitness center, on-site water sports, fishing pier, marina and Atlantic Ocean views from all 199 rooms and suites.

It is located approximately two hours away from Miami and one from Key West. The location is inspired by the growing need for rooms in the Keys.

Once travelers come to the hotel, they get to view a tropical garden with more than 1,000 palm trees and native foliage winds. The resort has a contemporary interior that is based on the coral cay archipelago. When entering the lobby, visitors are welcomed by views of the ocean. From this location, guests have several options. They can go to their guestroom, dip into one of five oceanfront swimming pools, lay on a 200-foot private beach, eat at one of four dining options or go to the Il Mare Spa.
