Jungle or Beach? Have Both at Grand Velas Riviera Maya

Clients can’t decide between a beach front view and a jungle suite? Grand Velas Riviera Maya is giving guests both with the new Zen & Grand Class Experience. The package includes both water and land activities with accommodations in the Mayan jungle and oceanfront with views of the Caribbean Sea.

Located on the Yucatan Peninsula, the AAA Five Diamond resort’s Zen suites offer a private terrace that overlooks the jungle.

After a stay there, the concierge will pack guests’ belongings and transfer them to the adults-only Grand Class location. The ocean-front suites feature a private plunge pool on its terrace overlooking the Caribbean.

Included in the stay are a variety of activities. Guests will travel by Waverunners to an underwater reef off Maroma Beach and will be taken on a diving tour in Cozumel. Back on land, guests will be given an ecological tour of the resort’s natural environment to learn about the local flora and fauna. During the tour, guests can plant a tree in their name and watch it grow at home on Google Earth.

A special tasting dinner for two is also included in the package at the restaurant, Chaká, located between the trees of the jungle. The meal will consist of traditional cuisine and a variety of wine. Guests will also take part in a seaside picnic with wine, four varieties of salads with house-made dressings, smoked salmon, French cheeses and charcuterie, fresh baked artisanal baguettes, and a selection of fresh roasted turkey breast, roast beef and duck terrine.

At the spa, guests can relax with the included 50-minute Coffee & Cocoa Treatment.

All-inclusive rates include luxury suite, à la carte meals at a variety of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, taxes, gratuity and more. Roundtrip transportation and all necessary diving equipment for Cozumel scuba trip included. A three night minimum is required.
