La Belugue in Provence has announced upcoming wellness and educational retreats. Kelly Goehler, founder of the boutique B&B property, has teamed up with experts to offer vacations designed to expand and improve skill sets, enhance proficiency, discover a new passion and explore daily mindfulness.
Goehler has three decades of corporate experience working across multiple continents, and she will focus on creating a safe place for guests and providing them with expertise according to specific interests. The programs will range from photography and memoir writing, to women’s empowerment and painting.
Upcoming specialized wellness and educational getaways at La Belugue include “Mindfulness Through Photography and Cooking” and “Writing Your Memoir, The Secrets Behind Publishing and Cooking.” Both series will provide guests an occasion to learn and flourish while enjoying the tranquility of Provence.
“Mindfulness Through Photography and Cooking” (May 29–June 4) will be led by photographer, trained energy healer and spiritual counselor Raina Stinson. The retreat will include daily excursions to insider locales to put learned principles into practice. Additionally, La Belugue founder, certified yoga instructor and chef, Goehler, will lead daily yoga sessions and Provençal cooking classes.
“Writing Your Memoir, The Secrets Behind Publishing and Cooking” (September 11–16) will be led by Jan Brogan. Attendees will network with other writers, receive helpful work critiques, and learn about the secrets of publishing. Days will be spent cooking, practicing yoga, chatting about plot twists, and sipping wine on the terrace overlooking the vineyard.
Located in the village of Beaumont-de-Pertuis, La Belugue is surrounded by the landscapes of the Parc Naturel de Luberon. Positioned where the Vaucluse, Var, Bouches-du- Rhone and Alpes de Haut-Provence regions meet, the property is within 30 minutes of Aix-en-Provence. Located near the iconic lavender fields of Provence, the venue is ideal for biking and hiking experiences, or for enjoying the tranquility poolside.
