Looking for an over-the-top getaway with the whole crew? Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos’ Royale Residence is officially open for bookings. Not previously available to the public, this exclusive residence is located within Le Blanc Spa Resort and offers personalized butler service, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center and more.
The two-level beachfront residence measures 18,428 square feet and can accommodate up to 12 adults across four oceanfront bedrooms, two of the which have king-size beds, while the two additional rooms have two double beds. All four bedrooms include a private bathroom with a pedestal tub and rain shower, Ferragamo bath amenities, plush bathrobes and slippers.
The residence also has its own private fitness center (be sure to request a private yoga instructor), a movie theater that fits up to eight guests, a home office and a living room, which has access to the outdoor terrace through a glass sliding door. In the living room area, there’s an individually controlled A/C, direct-dial telephone, smart TV and Apple TV, iHome Dock with Bluetooth connection and wireless internet connection. The residences also have a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for up to 16 guests, meaning Royale Residence guests can invite their friends, as day passes are included.
The outdoor space has an infinity pool, a sun deck with views of the sea, a dining table and daybeds. Tip: Guests can request a private chef to prepare any meals. For those looking to unwind, the second floor has a pool table where guests can enjoy a friendly game or two of pool. The residence also has its own private spa treatment room, where guests can enjoy a complimentary massage and facial. Good to know: A private vehicle is available for guests who want to get to know the destination of Los Cabos.
Welcome bottles of tequila and a wine cellar will greet guests upon arrival, in addition to an upgraded liquor dispenser with a premium selection of rum, whiskey and vodka. The mini bar includes sodas, bottled water, juices, domestic and imported beers, and is restocked daily; in-room snacks include nightly petit fours.
