The newest addition to Four Seasons Resort Nevis’ food and beverage offerings is the Kool Rummings Rum Cart. The cart, which drives throughout the resort daily from noon to 3 p.m. offers a variety of rum punches, including the signature Rasta-Guava Rum Punch.
The cart makes three main stops: in between the Ocean Pool and the beach, on the Cabana lawn and on the Reflection Pool lawn.
Rasta-Guava Rum Punch
- 1.5 oz. spiced rum
- 1.5 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 4 oz. guava puree
Method: Mix ingredients together and pour over ice
Garnish: Lime wedge
Note: The cart also has a selection of beer and, for non-drinkers and kids, water and rum-less punches.

Rum Pairing Dinner: Guests can experience a sampling of the 101 Rums Bar collection with a sunset Rum Pairing dinner held every Sunday evening at 6:00 pm at Mango. Rum pairing guests share a communal table and enjoy five courses, each perfectly complemented by aged rum. The evening’s host guides diners through a menu that focuses on locally sourced ingredients and explains the flavor profiles and heritage of each rum.
Rum Tasting Experience: Guests looking to become rum aficionados can join the resort's Rum Tasting experience, held every Thursday evening at 5:30 pm. Hosted by Nevis’ own “Rum-melier” Mark Theron, the rum tasting at 101 Rums Bar offers selections from France, Spain and the British Caribbean. Participants earn a certificate upon completion of the tasting course so they can share their newly learned skill with friends and family at home.
