The Lux Collective Appoints New Head of Sales

Global hospitality group The Lux Collective has appointed Andrew Morgan as head of sales and marketing for the U.K., Ireland, Scandinavia and North America.

Morgan brings with him 24 years of expertise working within the travel industry for tour operators such as TUI and most recently Kuoni. Within the U.K. and Irish markets, he represented multiple hotel brands from Southeast Asia, Middle East and Indian Ocean. His key focus will be to develop impactful sales and marketing strategies for the target markets and strengthen relations with the trade partners through ensuring support to drive sales growth. He will also enhance brand awareness of The Lux Collective’s global portfolio.

With strong experience of the landscape and requirements of this role, Andrew has in-depth knowledge of our destinations and established long-standing relations with our partners and friends. Andrew will be pivotal in driving our award-winning brands forward in the luxury travel segment as The Lux Collective expands its global footprint with a development pipeline which spans Asia, Middle East and Europe,” said Veronique Berthier, The Lux Collective’s VP of sales and marketing for Europe.

The Lux Collective is a global luxury hotel operator headquartered in Singapore and manages LUX*, SALT, TAMASSA, SOCIO and Café LUX* brands. Other properties managed by TLC include Hotel Le Recif, Reunion Island and Ile des Deux Cocos in Mauritius.

The Lux Collective manages 15 operating resorts and hotels in China, Maldives, Mauritius and Ile de la Reunion, besides 13 additional hotels in its development pipeline in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
