Luxe Loyalty: Swissôtel Unveils New Guest Loyalty Program

Swissôtel junkies, listen up. Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has just unveiled a brand new loyalty program, Swissôtel Circle. The program is divided into three alpine-inspired tiers: Inizia, Eleva and Zenit, which make reference to Romansh expressions. (Romansch is one of the four official languages of Switzerland.)

Guests begin at the Inizia level as soon as they have registered and stayed for five nights in one or more of the company's properties. Some of the perks include personalized room preferences, priority waitlist status, complimentary access to the spa and sport facilities as well as Advantage Awards.

After 20 nights within a 12-month period, guests rise to an Eleva member, where they will enjoy preferential treatment and free breakfast, Executive Lounge access, free internet, 48-hours guaranteed room availability as well as Premier Awards. This status is subject to renewal every two years.

The most loyal Swissôtel members (60 nights in two or more properties) will be rewarded with free upgrades, invitations to exclusive events, a partner card providing the same status and benefits to their spouse and more.
