The Luxury Collection Debuts its First-Ever Hotel in Savannah, Georgia

The Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah—the collection’s first in the city—is now open and accepting reservations. Built to mirror the aesthetic of Savannah’s traditional manor houses, The Luxury Collection’s Perry Lane Hotel balances a modern sophistication with the heritage and culture of Georgia’s first city.

Residential design elements and rich textures decorate the hotel’s 167 rooms and 12 suites, alongside a collection of maps, travel mementos and antique décor. Guestrooms have oversized windows, Frette bed linens, leather headboards and deep-hued walls adorned with artwork.

What we're most excited about, however, might be the rooftop bar, Peregrin. It has views of the city, premium cocktails and a curated wine list. Offering lawn games and a rooftop pool, the all-weather, open-air spot looks to be the perfect spot to grab a drink and spend an afternoon.

The Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market is an all-day American brasserie with Southern-influenced cuisine. Signature dishes include Cocquilles St. Jacques, local Flounder en Papillote, Rabbit Ragout with house-made Pappardelle and Fruits de Mer Tower. As its name implies, The Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market has a wine shop and market with gourmet sandwiches, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie. The Emporium is also home to Bowerbird Coffee, a coffee shop in partnership with Savannah-based Perc Coffee Roasters.

Another bar is The Wayward, which, as the hotel puts it, “is a fresh take on the neighborhood watering hole.” Adjacent to the hotel’s karaoke room and arcade (yes—karaoke room and arcade), the bar’s ambiance is refined but a bit off beat.
