The Surrey Hotel & Spa, located on Manhattan’s ever-so-swank Upper East Side (we'd know; we watch Gossip Girl too!) is joining an elite group of hotels and restaurants as a member of Relais & Chateaux, a collection of 518 luxury hotels and destination restaurants in 60 countries around the world. The Surrey is the only hotel in New York City to be a member of the Relais & Chateaux collection, and is the first Manhattan property to be named to the organization in nearly 20 years.
Evoking the feel of a 1920s residential townhouse, The Surrey Hotel & Spa has 189 salons and suites, but we're most excited about the rooftop garden, which is exclusive to guests and offers a selection of cocktails.
Even better for foodies: The Surrey’s partnership with celebrated Michelin-Star Chef Daniel Boulud means guests get to enjoy contemorary French cuisine at Café Boulud. C'est magnifique!
