Minor Hotels has announced the expansion of NH Hotel Group’s brands in the Middle East. Three NH Collection properties are slated to launch in 2023—one in Doha and two in Dubai.
In its final stages of development, NH Collection Oasis Doha Hotel will open in early 2023. The new hotel comprises 299 guestrooms and suites with views of the Arabian Sea and city skyline. Facilities will include a large pool with a cascade feature and bar, a fitness center, a children’s club, a signature spa, four padel tennis courts, a rooftop lounge with city views and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. In addition, a beach club and restaurant is set to open later in 2023. The property is located along Doha’s eastern coast, midway between the city center and Hamad International Airport, with easy access to attractions such as Souq Waqif, Westbay, Doha Corniche and several museums.
In the United Arab Emirates, NH Collection Dubai The Palm will launch in February. The 14-story hotel will have 227 hotel guestrooms and 306 suites, five dining outlets including a rooftop venue and a sports bar, a rooftop pool, spa, five meeting rooms, a children’s club and a gym. The hotel will also house a private beach club. The new-build hotel is situated on Palm Jumeirah, on the main trunk next to Nakheel Mall. Nearby attractions include Burj Khalifa, Ain Dubai, Dubai Marina, the Dubai Mall and the recently opened Museum of the Future.
Adding to the expansion of the brand in the Middle East, the 265-key NH Collection La Suite Hotel Dubai was recently announced. The property will offer a range of accommodation options, including guestrooms, suites and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, an all-day dining outlet, lobby lounge, children’s club, meeting spaces, a gym and recreational spaces. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the property will be operated by Minor Hotels from Q1 next year and will undergo renovation before being launched with the NH Collection flag later in 2023.
