Napa Valley's Vintage House to Debut in August

Launching August 2017, Vintage House is the first property to undergo major transformation and rebranding at The Estate Yountville in Napa Valley. Currently, guests can stay in the new, fully redesigned guestrooms while the new pool area and lobby are being finished. 

Formerly Vintage Inn, the hotel is located on 22 acres and is located nearby wineries and walking distances to Washington Street’s restaurants. This is the first phase of the imagination of the Vintage Estate, which includes Vintage House, Villagio Inn & Spa and V Marketplace.

The 80 guestrooms offer luxe bedding, oversized wood-burning fireplaces, private balconies or patios, living room-style furniture, extra-large bathrooms oversized double showers, and natural ESPA bath amenities. All visits include complimentary amenities such as a daily Wine Country continental breakfast, daily turndown service, Wi-Fi, parking and more. The hotel spa offers seven treatment rooms as well as five couple’s spa suites, all of which have their own indoor and outdoor fireplace and lounge area, steam shower, sauna and outdoor hydrotherapy soaking bath.

The meetings space offers 1,062 square feet of indoor and outdoor area and comes with a glass elevator, marble boardroom table, built-in audio visual, separate private lounge area, and an adjacent outdoor patio with views of the Mayacama Mountain range. The space can accommodate up to 40 people. 

Thayer Lodging/ Brookfield Properties is working with world renowned  designers, architects and talent to update the luxury hotel including SB  Architects and interior design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates.
