Nayara Springs Joins Relais & Châteaux

Nayara Springs, the adults-only luxury resort in the rainforest of Costa Rica’s Arenal Volcano, has joined the worldwide boutique hotel collection of Relais & Châteaux, which now has over 500 properties in 60 countries.

The eco-friendly rainforest retreat is now partners with three hotel collections, Virtuoso and Fine Hotels & Resorts being the other two.

Additionally, Nayara Springs announced new experiences and amenities guests can enjoy during their stay:

  • Coffee-lovers can see the journey from bean to cup at Nayara Springs. Guests can pick their own coffee beans at a local coffee farm, learn to roast them at the resort’s new espresso bar, Mi Cafecito, create their own custom blend, and finish off with a bag of their personal blend to take home.
  • The resort’s new Spanish Immersion Package allows guests to hone their Spanish language skills during their stay. The program includes a number of Spanish-language books available in-room, Spanish lessons, and a Spanish lunch with a resort host.
  • Nayara’s new Sloth Sanctuary provides a safe home for over 15 sloths, after the planting of 300 Cacropia trees on property, the sloth’s main food source.

Nayara Springs is a part of Nayara Resorts, a collection of two properties set in Arenal Volcano National Park – Nayara Resort, Spa & Gardens and Nayara Springs.

In 2017, Nayara Springs expanded its facilities and now offers 35 luxury villas with views of the Arenal Volcano. Each villa is equipped with a private pool fed by mineral hot springs and a private garden with exterior shower, four-poster bed, and indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Nayara Springs is connected to its sister hotel Nayara Resort, Spa & Gardens by footbridge.
