Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa and Nobu Hospitality announced plans to launch the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Marbella at the five-star resort. Nobu Restaurant Marbella will launch in May 2017 and the opening of Nobu Hotel Marbella will follow in spring 2018. The new partnership between Nobu Hospitality and Puente Romano is set to create a next-generation lifestyle resort and a holistic destination for all guests.
Nobu Restaurant Marbella, the first Nobu to open in Spain, will join Puente Romano's gastronomic offering of ten individual restaurants, including the two-Michelin star 'Dani Garcia.' The new restaurant will offer a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors with signature dishes including; Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeno and Tradito. Nobu's signature cocktails crafted by mixologists will be service in the Nobu Bar and terrace.
Launching in spring 2018, Nobu Hotel Marbella will offer a variety of spaces to intertwine work and play. Guests will have priority access to the Nobu restaurant, a private swimming pool, Natura Bisse amenities and exclusive in-room dining with the Nobu menu. The launch of the new hotel will also see Puento Romano Beach Resort & Spa entirely transformed into an all-suites resort. The redesigned hotel will offer 184 refurbished suites set across 27 Adalusian villas, with access to the resorts Six Senses Spa, as well as the new Nobu experience. Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa is situated between Marbella and Puerto Banus, just 45 minutes from Malaga airport.
