Nobu Hotel Los Cabos has unveiled Beyond Inclusions, Without Limits, With Nobu, an elevated meetings and events program designed for the luxury MICE market. Developed to simplify planning while elevating the guest experience, the offering includes many of the resort's signature culinary experiences in a single comprehensive rate, allowing meeting planners to deliver corporate events with greater ease and value.
The program simplifies planning by bundling key elements of the guest experience into a single premium package. This streamlined approach reduces logistical complexity while allowing organizers to focus on creating meaningful, memorable experiences for attendees.
At the heart of the program is Nobu Hotel Los Cabos' culinary program. Rather than treating dining as an optional add-on, Beyond Inclusions positions gastronomy as a centerpiece of the corporate travel experience. Guests can enjoy premium dining throughout the resort, including the opportunity to experience the Nobu Restaurant as part of the program, where Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese cuisine has become synonymous with luxury hospitality worldwide.
Nobu Hotel Los Cabos offers more than 14,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space, including the Tsuki Ballroom, accommodating up to 480 guests, the Aozora Ballroom, and an additional private meeting room.
For outdoor events, the resort features oceanfront venues overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Shiawase Terrace accommodates up to 700 guests, while the Yakusoku Terrace and Yakusoku Garden provide settings for receptions, networking events, executive dinners, and corporate celebrations.
The experience is supported by the resort's luxury offerings, including 200 guestrooms and suites, exclusive Nobu Residences for extended stays, a full-service spa, multiple dining venues, and signature culinary programming led by Executive Chef Diego Sobrino alongside the Nobu Restaurant.
The launch comes as Los Cabos continues to strengthen its position as one of North America's premier meeting destinations. According to the Los Cabos Tourism Board (FITURCA), the meetings industry generates more than 700 million Mexican pesos (approximately $38 million) annually for the destination, with Los Cabos hosting more than 80 percent of the nearly 8,000 meetings held each year in Baja California Sur.
"Today's corporate groups are looking for far more than exceptional meeting space," said Manuel Lara, Director of Sales at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. "They're seeking elevated service, personalized experiences, remarkable culinary offerings and inspiring destinations that create lasting connections. Los Cabos is uniquely positioned to deliver on those expectations thanks to its world-class tourism infrastructure and exceptional air connectivity with major cities across North America, Europe and Central America."
