Kerzner International has officially unveiled its first urban vertical resort, One&Only One Za’abeel, in Dubai. Located in the One Za’abeel development by architects Nikken Sekkei, the resort comprises dual skyscrapers intersected by a cantilever, The Link—a boulevard floating 328 feet above the street.
One&Only One Za’abeel offers a range of rooms and suites: The Za’abeel Suite offers 180-degree views of Dubai’s skyline; the Sanctuary Suites include a massage table and in-room spa treatments; and the Creative Suites have acoustic paneling, the latest AV technology and an in-suite private cocktail soirée for up to 10 guests. Additionally, the Royal Suite offers three living areas, a lounge with standalone bar, a dining area with seating for 10 guests, and a private sitting room. The resort also offers a series of two-story spaces, including the Skyline Loft and Villa One. Spanning 8,125 square feet, the Villa One penthouse has two bedrooms, a majlis (reception lounge), an outdoor infinity pool, a cinema and a gym. Benefits include a dedicated host, in-villa personal training and spa treatments, access to a private chef, and more.

The Link will offer dining experiences courtesy of Michelin-lauded chefs, including the likes of Anne-Sophie Pic, Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, Mehmet Gürs, Paco Morales, and Tetsuya Wakuda. The Link will also elevate Dubai’s nightlife scene with the Sphere. Atop The Link is Tapasake, One&Only’s homegrown concept serving contemporary Nikkei cuisine against the backdrop of Dubai’s skyline and the U.A.E.’s longest suspended infinity pool. One&Only One Za’abeel will also welcome Dabiz Muñoz, who brings his culinary concept StreetXO to Dubai. Guests can savor Indonesian cuisine at Andaliman, the newest One&Only homegrown concept, and French cuisine at Aelia’s.
Elsewhere, the fourth floor has a family pool and a swim-up bar. For junior guests aged four to 12, the KidsOnly club offers a range of entertainment and activities inspired by the UAE’s space mission.
On-site, guests can enjoy a range of activities such as cocktail masterclasses, sunrise yoga, art tours, cozy film nights, in-depth regional wine discovery sessions and more. One&Only One Za’abeel is home to the first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie in the U.A.E. Spread over three floors within the resort, Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie will offer services focused on three interconnected pillars: Longevity, Wellbeing and Esthetics. The Hub also comprises 29 treatment rooms for well-being and clinical therapies, a Movement Studio, a Longevity Bar, as well as a Longevity Index lounge.
