Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas has completed and unveiled a complete redesign of its Sky Villas as part of a $620 million property-wide renovation. In addition to the upgraded Sky Villas, completed by Award-Winning Bentel & Bentel Architects, the hotel renovation included new rooms, suites and dining venues, a remodeled casino floor and more.
Each new, multi-bedroom villa, ranging from 5,000 to 9,000 square feet, includes amenities such as redwood cedar saunas, private fitness rooms with Peleton bikes and Woodway treadmills, expansive entertaining, dining and media/theater areas and glass cantilever infinity pools that jut out over the private balconies. All six Sky Villas (and their pools) offer views of the Las Vegas strip.
In addition, various villas feature works of art by known artists, including Dabs & Myla and REVOK, as part of the property's art program.
The Sky Villas will join newly remodeled Fantasy Tower guestrooms and suites by Avenue Interior Design. Redesigned by to create a memorable and inviting experience, the rooms will showcase artwork from acclaimed artists Thrush Holmes, Gary Stranger, Cody Hudson, Sandra Chevrier and Carlos Rolon.
These newly remodeled rooms join new venues, such as Damien Hirst’s Unknown Bar, Scotch 80 Prime (a premier steakhouse led by executive chef Barry S. Dakake), APEX Social Club and Camden Cocktail Lounge, in addition to a completely remodeled casino floor and the expansive art collection with works from Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Damien Hirst, KAWS, Jason Revok and more.
On the casino floor, over 40 new table games will join more than 1,100 video poker and slot machines. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by new landscaping and a 60-by-54-foot dual-sided LED marquee. Additionally, the resort recently unveiled an all-new VIP check-in lounge.
The Sky Villas are available from $25,000 to $40,000 a night.
