Paradero Todos Santos in Mexico has unveiled plans for 24 ultra-luxury Villa Suites, scheduled to launch in fall 2024. An expansion of the existing hotel offering, the Villa Suites are designed for family travel and will vary in size from one to three bedrooms. Each Villa Suite will have a fully equipped kitchen with a custom lava rock Oaxacan oven, rooftop terraces with jacuzzis, palo verde tree shrines, stargazing nets and ground-floor private pools.
The Paradero team has also developed a unique offering for Villa Suite guests. Dubbed the “learning table,” it will offer cooking classes and tastings for the whole family, as well as curated catamaran outings via Paradero at the Sea.
Inspired by the geography and produce of Puglia and Sicily, the Villa Suites will also be home to a brand-new Italian restaurant, Cosimo, which will highlight local purveyors. In an effort to support family travel, The Villa Suites will also offer facilities designed for children and teenagers alike, all led by expert Paradero guides.
Paradero Todos Santos is a wellness-focused hotel experience, located on the Baja California Peninsula. Designed by Ruben Valdez and Yashar Yektajo, the property houses 41 suites, a destination restaurant, the Ojo de Agua spa, an open-air recreation area and an infinity pool, all spread across the property’s five "ecosystems." Encouraging guests’ sense of adventure, experiences are included in the nightly rate (think: surfing lessons, guided hiking and mountain biking, hands-on farming tutorials, meditation, yoga, cooking classes and more). To explore the Sea of Cortez surrounding Todos Santos, the hotel has integrated a unique multi-night catamaran experience, Paradero at the Sea.
Additionally, the hotel is home to The Paradero Foundation, a non-profit focused on destination conservation. The foundation supports environmental preservation and regeneration projects, as well as infrastructure development, educational programs, and affordable housing within the local community, with two percent of revenue from overnight stays allocated to the foundation.
