Parīlio on Paros, Greece, will unveil an expansion this summer when it reopens for the season in June. As part of the expansion, the property will unveil a collection of suites and private villas, a new wellness space and a refreshed culinary concept.
This year, Parīlio expands its footprint with 13 new suites and villas. Designed by the Athens-based Interior Design Laboratorium, the new spaces will have handcrafted furnishings and minimalist design. The new one- and two-bedroom signature suites, Eclipse and Iris, embrace a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, with private terraces, shared plunge pools and views of the landscape. The new villas, Jupiter and Aurelia, are ideal for guests seeking total seclusion. Aurelia, a three-bedroom villa, provides a private infinity pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Jupiter, the resort’s largest retreat, offers five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, infinity pool and open-air gathering spaces.

Parōn, Parīlio’s restaurant, is helmed by Thanos Feskos, who in his career has led restaurants to earn two Michelin stars and a Michelin Green star. The menu comprises dishes rooted in Cycladic heritage. Feskos, who is known for his zero-waste, regenerative approach to cooking, works closely with local farmers and fishermen to ensure that each dish is hyper-local.
The expansion also introduces Elios, a new spa concept. It will house four new treatment rooms, an outdoor heated jacuzzi and an expanded fitness area. The spa’s menu utilizes organic skincare products. Guests will also appreciate the new fitness area where they can participate in expert-led sessions that align with the body’s natural rhythms.
