Preferred Hotels and Resorts has added 15 new member properties to its portfolio between July 1 and September 30 this year. These include including six new openings. Here are a few highlights:
The Global Ambassador (Legend Collection) – Overlooking Camelback Mountain, where Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley converge, this property is set to open its doors in December. It has oak hardwood flooring, fabric wallcoverings, custom walnut millwork, handmade leather fixtures and original artwork by Arizona-based artist Michael Carson throughout its 141 guestrooms. The resort offers five culinary experiences and a luxurious wellness space.
Artyzen Singapore (L.V.X. Collection) – Once the site of the tropical-garden mansion Villa Marie, this hotel is set to debut in November. The 142-room hotel is situated in Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping district. Culinary outlets include Café Quenino and Quenino by Victor Liong. The Rooftop Garden offers great views, signature cocktails and savory snacks, as well as an 82-foot cantilevered infinity pool. Highlights also include the hotel’s Wellness & Workout facilities, complete with gym, private treatment rooms, meditation zone and pavilions for yoga and other wellness-focused activities.
Le Logis (Legend Collection) – Set among the vineyards of Cognac, this restored 16th-century château presents an exclusive, 14-room private retreat available for all-inclusive buyouts. Facilities include a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy meals and tailored activities, besides a heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, pickleball court, fitness center and theater.
Hotel Manapany (L.V.X. Collection) – Located in the French Caribbean island of St. Barth's on the private beach of Anse des Cayes, this eco-friendly boutique hotel has 43 villas and rooms. Caribbean culture is prevalent across the property with sustainable-focused elements, including French-inspired décor and locally crafted furnishings. Other highlights include two culinary options with several weekly barbecue events; The Manapany Spa, offering a collection of organic treatments; and two pools. Activities include surf lessons, snorkeling, and complimentary yoga and Pilates classes on the beach.
Mayfair House Hotel & Garden (Lifestyle Collection) – Located at the center of Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood, just steps away from Biscayne Bay, the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden reopened its doors in 2022 following an extensive, two-year transformation. Embracing original architect Kenneth Treister’s signature work, the landmark hotel offers 179 guestrooms, each with a private terrace, alongside curated art from local and international artists. Additional highlights include intimate dining at Mayfair Grill, Fountain Bar and the Caribbean-inspired rooftop calypso pool-bar, Sipsip.

Collection), Salvador, Brazil; Savoy Hotel & Spa (Lifestyle Collection), Salerno, Italy; Hotel Volga (L.V.X. Collection), Mexico City, Mexico; Artyzen New Bund 31 (Lifestyle Collection), Shanghai; and Last Word Madikwe Bush House (Lifestyle Collection), North West, South Africa.
