Redefining Luxury: The Ritz-Carlton Launches New Campaign

This month, Ritz-Carlton is aiming to turn the age-old idea of hospitality on its head. In a new brand platform The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company will introduce an entirely new communications approach, asking guests to "Let Us Stay With You."

The scoop: The new campaign delivers the message by drawing on a guests' power of memory through artwork, film, messaging and digital experience platforms. "We worked with a dynamic cross-section of more than 35,000 ladies and gentlemen around the world to define the pillars of the new brand platform," said Chris Gabaldon, Chief Sales & Marketing OFficer of the luxury hotel company in a statement.

The new platform strives to define those rare and special moments that characterize true luxury, in this case in terms of the Ritz-Carlton experience. Guests around the world will speak directly to those connected by their wants and needs, rather than their geography and culture.

The new advertising campaign will highlight a memory-evoking piece of film, additional social media networks and a website redesign at www.ritzcarlton.com. The featurette will debut in mid-October.
