The Saint James Paris has launched Villa Saint James, comprising four new luxury serviced apartments, each with outdoor space, in an adjacent villa in Paris’ 16th Arrondissement. Villa Saint James is the vision of Laura Gonzalez, the interior designer who renovated the Saint James Paris from 2020 to 2022.
Located on the top floor of Villa Saint James, the Lamoureux apartment has a living room, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. A private, 95-square-foot terrace extends from the kitchen, overlooking the Villa’s private garden. Lamoureux apartment accommodates up to four people in 645 square feet.
Situated on the third floor, the Courbet Apartment offers a double bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room that leads to a vast living room enlarged by a winter garden. The 100-square-foot terrace overlooks the Villa’s private garden. The Courbet Apartment accommodates up to four people in 750 square feet.
With its view over the garden and the Parisian rooftops, the Victor Hugo apartment connects to the Deluxe room on the same floor. It offers almost 860 square feet of space, including two bedrooms with private bathrooms, sitting area, kitchen and winter garden. The Victor Hugo Apartment accommodates up to four people in 485 to 860 square feet.
Located on the second floor, the Longchamp apartment offers a spacious living room, winter garden and kitchen opening onto the villa’s private garden, while the bedroom in the front of the apartment overlooks the Saint James Paris. It can accommodate up to seven people, and connects to a two-bedroom suite on the garden level, offering 1,400 square feet of total interior space. The suite also has a 100-square-foot terrace. Longchamp apartment sleeps up to seven in 807 to 1,400 square feet.
Good to know: Residents of the Villa Saint James enjoy full access to the hotel services of Saint James Paris, including its Michelin-starred Bellefeuille restaurant, the library bar, the Terrace and garden, the Guerlain Spa, wellness and fitness facilities and room service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
To complete the experience, a Villa Manager ensures that every stay is tailored to suit guests’ needs, from running errands and providing a private chef, to coordinating a range of exclusive activities. Apartments can be booked separately or combined to suit individual needs. Villa Saint James can also be rented as a whole, for up to 12 people (and seven children with the sofa beds).
