Sandy Pollard has been appointed as new General Manager for Cape Grace. She was moved up from within the hotel's senior management team. Previously, Pollard held directorship roles in food service, telecommunications, and real estate, with operational responsibilities in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and regions of South Africa.
Pollard stated, “I have had the benefit of working at Cape Grace for over a year and have seen the staff commitment and exceptional service standards that already exist. I want to build on this success and direct resources to provide an even better guest offering and improved business efficiency going forward.”
She will be at Indaba this year with the international Sales Team. They will be exhibiting on the Leading Hotels of the World stand, ICCL015.
