The St. Regis Atlanta Gets Updated for 10th Anniversary

A property-wide refresh is underway at The St. Regis Atlanta, which should be completed by early 2019—just in time to celebrate its 10th anniversary.  The renewal, inspired by the hotel’s historic surroundings and refined to meet the needs of the modern traveler, includes an upgrade to the guestrooms; an expansion of the St. Regis Bar; an overhaul of the outdoor terrace at Atlas to provide guests with an all-season garden experience; and the introduction of a three-story meeting and event space, Maisonette. Additionally, The St. Regis Atlanta will add the services of Intelity, an iPad-based guest services platform.

At the forefront of the enhancements is the addition of in-room iPads, which guests can use to control the lighting, air conditioning and drapes, and to manage service requests for housekeeping, transportation and concierge. Other tech updates include USB outlets throughout the rooms, 65-inch TVs, motion-sensing night lights and more.

The Empire Suite will have a built-in bar and buffet, comfortable lounge area with two sofas facing the fireplace, a 65-inch TV and motorized drapery. It will also have an in-suite media room with a wraparound sectional sofa, an 82-inch TV, surround sound and more. There is also a fitness room with TechnoGym equipment and office space.
