Sugar Beach Resort Offers Special Holiday Events

This holiday season, Sugar Beach resort will be hosting a variety of special events to celebrate the season. 

The Chocolate & Local Treats class will allow guests to can satisfy a sweet tooth by learning to make delicious treats alongside a professional pastry chef. Or, to satisfy a savory craving, guests can join a sushi master and learn the art of sushi making.

On Christmas morning, guests will wake up to a visit from Santa Clause himself. Every year he arrives in spectacular fashion, and in past years he’s arrived to the beach by speedboat and worn scuba gear to emerge from the waters of the Caribbean.

There will also be a special holiday menu that will include fresh produce and Caribbean seafood, as well as a Reggae BBQ Brunch on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day—complete with a hangover recovery station— as part of the festive celebrations.

To ring in the New Year, guests can light up the sky by releasing a lantern filled with their wish for the 2018. 

Sugar Beach is located between the UNESCO World Heritage listed Pitons, where guests can immerse themselves in nature by climbing the Gros Piton to admire the views St Lucia has to offer.

The resort offers 96 rooms, cottages, bungalows and luxury villas and an additional 18 privately owned 1 to 4 bedroom residences overlooking the Caribbean Sea. 

There are three restaurants as well as three bars and lounges for guests to enjoy. The Rainforest Spa offers a variety of treatments including its’ signature bamboo massages, hot rock therapies, facials, body wraps, salt scrubs, polishes, and holistic treatments.
