The Wardman Group has acquired the 57-room Seven Hills Inn and will partner with Scout Hotel & Resort Management, who will operate the property.

The Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment firm bought the inn June 15 and plans to invest $2.2 million renovating it. This marks the second time the two companies have worked together. Scout Hotel & Resort Management currently runs Ocean Gate Resort in Boothbay, Maine for The Wardman Group.

The inn, located in Lenox, Massachusetts, caters to families, corporate groups and couples. The property is spread across 26 acres of lawn and gardens and includes three buildings, the original Manor House, the Carriage House and the Terrace Building.
