New York's Warwick New York Hotel is heating things up in the kitchen. We hear the luxury hotel has named Jordy Lavanderos as the new executive chef. Lavanderos comes to the role with over 15 years of culinary experience under his belt.
In his new position he will oversee menu development and execution for the hotel's main dining venue, Murals on 52, as well as Randolph's Bar & Lounge.
Lavanderos has trained with Jean-Georges Vongerichten at restaurants Vong and Mercer Kitchen.
