Le Bristol Paris Fuses Cocktails and Chocolate

It's Happy Hour in Paris! We hear that the Oetker Collection's Le Bristol Paris has teamed up with La Maison du Chocolat Master Chef Nicolas Cloiseau to shake up summer with a new collection of chocolate cocktails (and cocktail-inspired chocolates!).

The cocktail collection will fuse Cloiseau's talent with Head Barman Maxime Hoerth's mixology skills to blend juices, fruits, tea and dark chocolate ganache with a milk chocolate twist.

Good to know: If Paris isn't in your immediate plans, La Maison du Chocolate has four separate boutiques in Manhattan offering a collection of cocktail-infused chocolates from Cloiseau and Hoerth. Now through the end of August, two different sized boxes wills showcase five chocolate creations featuring the flavors. Among the collection includes the Faubourg (dark chocolate ganache with mil, passion fruit juice, mango puree and Bourbon vanilla) and the So Bristol (dark chocolate ganache with an infusion of Earl Gray tea and dried elderberry flowers, fresh lime juice and pink grapefruit).
