Sun worshippers ought to pack their bathing suits for tomorrow and head out to Vegas, where we hear the Mandarin Oriental is officially opening its Pool Cafe for the summer.
New touches: We hear that there will be a new menu with extra healthy options (think vegetable tempura, shrimp and hokkaido scallops ceviche and a Mandarin 'Super Food' Salad). If you're feeling a little naughty, try one of their new cocktails, including Mandarin Paradise (Grey Goose Le Melon Vodka, fresh blueberries, mint mojito syrup and fresh lime juice topped with lemon soda).
The Pool Cafe is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and is located on the eighth floor along the pool deck.
