Mayakoba Residences and construction company Obrascon Huarte Lain recently announced the plans for Rosewood Residences Mayakoba on the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The luxury, full-service residences will include 33 modern villas along mangroves, beaches and lagoons on the Riviera Maya. Many residences are also located on three private islands in the area where guest can enjoy private canal transportation to and from their villas.
Homeowners of the Mayakoba Residences will have access to Rosewood Mayakoba hotel amenities, including El Camaleon golf course, an 18-hole green set on the property’s variety of rainforest, land and beach. Guests have the opportunity to take lessons at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba course or indulge in onsite gourmet restaurants and beverage carts.
Homeowners also have access to Fairmont Mayakoba and Banyan Tree Mayakoba. Properties on sale range from $2.5 to $5.5 million with 3,497 to over 6,000 square feet of space available. Move-ins are expected as early as 2016.
