New Orleans Mourns Passing of Chef Paul Prudhomme

New Orleans is mourning the passing of iconic Chef Paul Prudhomme, according to a statement by Stephen Perry, president and CEO, New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau (NOCVB) and Mark Romig, president and CEO, New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation (NOTMC).

Chef Prudhomme is credited with introducing Cajun and Creole cuisine to food lovers around the world. From his early days at Commander’s Palace with Ella and Dick Brennan, to the restaurant founded and named with his late wife K-Paul's, he was a major figure in establishing New Orleans as a destination for foodies worldwide.
