Oetker Appoints Two New Hotel Managers

The Oetker Collection, which is in the midst of a major expansion, has named two new hotel managers.

Stephan Boesch, previously hotel manager at the Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, has been promoted to the position of Hotel Manager at the Lanesborough in London, effective immediately. His successor will be Simon Spiller, who will take this new role beginning November 1.

Stephan Boesch has worked with Oetker Collection for the last 10 years, having joined Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa as revenue manager before being promoted to resident manager and then to his current position of hotel manager. A native German, Boesch holds an Executive MBA from ICN Nancy and EM Strasbourg Business School.

Simon Spiller, a Swiss citizen, has 16 years of experience in an array of luxury hotels over four continents: Europe, Africa, America and Asia. He worked for Fairmont hotels in Egypt, Raffles in Saudi-Arabia, China and Dubai and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in U.A.E. and U.S. His last tenure was general manager for The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah in Ubud, Bali.

Initially he graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and is currently completing an Executive MBA at the University of Lausanne.
