Rosewood, Washington DC is set to open its rooftop bar next Wednesday, June 15.
The venue will have panoramic views of the city’s skyline, including the Washington Monument, and will serve a menu of artisan cocktails, excellent wines, rare whiskies and light snacks seven days a week. Guests will be able to relax in sofas and lounge chairs on a sundeck and open-air lounge.
The bar will also serve a menu of light bites curated by Chef Frank Ruta. Signature menu items include the Grill Room Burger, local farm artisanal cheeses, and charcuterie. These dishes are designed to par with new and original cocktails like a Rye-inspired frozen summer cocktail and Veuve Clicquot Rosé by the glass.
